At Louisiana Fish Fry, spreading Cajun cooking throughout the kitchens of America is a challenge we take very seriously. In fact, next to testing our own Cajun and Creole cuisine products, it's what we live for. After all, why should Louisianians be the only people who eat well?
Louisiana Fish Fry Products of Baton Rouge, La., was founded more than 30 years ago as an offshoot of the retail seafood operation, Tony's Seafood. Today, it is one of the fastest-growing food manufacturing businesses in Louisiana, and makers of the #1 Fish Fry. The company produces a line of 100 products, formulated to make Cajun cuisine favorites easy to prepare at home.
The products, which incorporate original Louisiana Cajun recipes, include batters and coatings, seafood boils, sauces, and entrée's to make traditional Cajun dishes, such as Fried Shrimp, Jambalaya, Etouffee, and Gumbo. Louisiana Fish Fry's line is now marketed nationwide as well as internationally.
